AUTOMATIC PISTOL. Cal. 7.65mm. S# 813450. Bbl. 3 1/4". Model HSc semi-automatic pistol mfg. by Mauser during World War II. The left side of the slide is marked with the Mauser banner logo, followed by Mauser's mfg. information, above the model and cal. designations. Left side of rear trigger guard exhibits a Mauser Eagle/135 acceptance proof, with an Eagle/N commercial nitro proof marked on the right. Metal components exhibit a blued finish. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered wood grips. Grips have been revarnished at one time. All numbers are matching and include the frame, slide, and bbl. Grip screws are improper replacements. MAGS: 1-8rd. CONDITION: metal components retain large amounts of their original arsenal blue finish, exhibiting mild wear, with areas of mild to moderate oxidation and pitting present overall. Very bright bore, exhibiting some light oxidation, a bulge towards the center, and strong rifling throughout. Grips exhibit smoothing and scattered handling marks overall, with the left panel exhibiting a loss to the top left corner, and the right panel a loss to the top left corner. (23-6278/MLW).
