WITH DISPLAY CASE. Cal. 22 S, L, LR. S# 14211. Bbl. 4 3/4". Single Action Army revolver, mfg. by Great Western Arms Co. The top of the bbl. is marked "GREAT WESTERN ARMS CO." with "22 CALIBER" stamped on the left towards the breech. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece white grips that feature gold Colt medallions. Left grip exhibits a scene of a man on horseback, with a scene of a mountain lion on the right panel. Both grips are signed in the bottom right corner, "LR 52000". Standard SAA pattern blade front sight and frame notched rear sight. Rear of cyl. is marked "11C". Matching numbers are present on the frame and on the left side of the grip straps. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: wood display case featuring a purple felt-lined interior and containing 8-rds. of contemporary .45 Colt ammunition. CONDITION: very good to excellent, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their original factory finish overall, exhibiting some light superficial handling marks overall. Cyl. exhibits some edge wear, thinning, and a dragline. Mirror bore, exhibiting well-defined rifling throughout. Grips are excellent. Display case is very good overall.
