20th-21st century, Pennsylvania. Each jug with incised name of "S. Hunter". 1) An ovoid example in dark brown glaze with double handles. The face with bushy eyebrows, hooked nose, and an open mouth with five teeth. Marked "S. Hunter Lansdale, PA". 2) Olive green drip glaze and leaf form handle, blue-gray eyes, and mouth with two teeth. Marked "S. Hunter" at shoulder and "West Point/Penna" at base. 3) Dark green-brown glaze, ribbed body, tiny pupils, and single tooth face. Signed in clay on base "S. Hunter 2007 Kutztown, PA". SIZE: 10 1/2", 9 1/2", 10". CONDITION: all are original. Very good. PROVENANCE: Pennsylvania Estate Collection. (05-824/TG). $600-900.
