SHOT TARGET PISTOL. Cal. 22 LR. S# 1379. Bbl. 7" fluted with hooked Patridge front sight and 2nd style raised wing rear. Mfg. 1928-1941, total production is estimated to be only a few thousand. These pistols were mfg. as competition for Colt's vaunted Camp Perry pistol with Walter Roper overseeing development. This pistol features the curved trigger, low checkered hammer, and knurled circular bbl. latch. Checkered walnut wraparound grips. CONDITION: fine overall retaining 90% original blue with a areas of thinning finish on front strap, trigger guard & muzzle end of bbl. Near excellent grips. Mint bore. (25-1620/BH).
