SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL WITH SOFT CASE. Cal. 9mm Luger. S# T247700. Bbl. 4 5/8". High Power semi-automatic pistol mfg. in Belgium by Fabrique Nationale and imported by Browning Arms Company in 1968. Left side of the slide is marked with Browning's importer information above "MADE IN BELGIUM". Right side of the frame and the bbl. exhibit a single Belgian commercial proof. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for on the 2-piece bbl., which is polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece faux pearl-like grips. Fixed half-moon blade front sight, with dovetailed U-notch rear sight. MAGS: 1 13-rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: black leather Browning soft case. CONDITION: fine, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their original factory blue finish overall, exhibiting a couple of spots of very light edge wear, as well as a few light superficial marks from handling and storage. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting areas of hardened grease, while retaining well defined rifling throughout. Grips are very good to excellent overall. Soft case shows some light wear from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. PROVENANCE: the Estate Collection of Charles Wagner. (25-262/MLW). CURIO. $600-900.
