SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL. Cal. 7.65mm. S# 536466. Bbl. 3 3/8". Model 1934 semi-automatic pistol mfg. by Mauser for commercial sales. Left side of the slide exhibits a milled panel with the full S#, followed by Mauser's mfg. information, with "Cal. 7,65 D.R.P.u.A.P." marked on the right. Sideplate is marked with the Mauser banner logo. Top of slide and right side of the forward bbl. lug exhibit a double crowned "U" commercial proof. Metal components exhibit a lustrous high polish salt blue finish overall. Frame is mounted with a 1-piece flat checkered wrap around wood grip. Fixed half-moon blade front sight, with dovetailed U-notch rear sight. All serialized parts are matching and include the frame, sideplate, slide, and bbl. MAGS: 1 8-rd. CONDITION: excellent, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their original factory salt blue finish, exhibiting a few spots of light to mild wear and thinning, a few superficial handling marks, as well as a couple of small spots of light to mild pitting present on the left side of the slide at the rear. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Grip shows a few superficial marks from handling and storage, as well as a small chip and crack on the left side at the safety catch release button.
