Heavy wood forend & wooden buttstock w/ shoulder rest & heavy 12” bipod behind 3” flash hider. Protected post front sight, rear graduating peep sight adj. 300-700 meters. Left side non-reciprocating charging handle. Folding carry handle on trunnion above chamber. Adj. gas system. Left side receiver markings: “SAR-48 / 7.62mm SA-4782”. Right side receiver markings: “SPRINGFIELD ARMORY, GENESEO, IL USA” & on mag. well right side: Springfield Armory logo, “1005-SA-48-MATCH”. Right side trigger group marked: “3764”. Left side trigger group marked w/ traditional Hebrew fire control characters. Exposed metal surfaces are finished w/ correct dark gray parkerizing. MAGS: 1-20 rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: a spare bbl. assembly including flash hider, bipod, forend, heatshield, & partial front sight assembly. A factory Springfield Armory box. CONDITION: exposed metal surfaces retain the vast majority of their factory finish. Some gentle areas of light thinning are more associated w/ storage than use. Both heavy wooden forends appear free of any major blemishing. Shoulder stock illustrates a few light scratches & impressions. While the exterior finish looks nice & the fire control mechanism is smooth & appears to function correctly when cycled by hand, the bore has succumbed to corrosion that may not be easily removable.
