Cal. 308. S# 138428. Bbl. 24.5" over muzzle device. Brazilian Imbel FAL type rifle, imported through Century Arms International of Georgia, VT. Metric pattern receiver. The FAL rifle has been referred to as “the right arm of the free world”. Parkerized, grey finish on exposed metal surfaces. 5.5" flash hider. 9" black plastic handguard w/ ventilation slots and holes. Black plastic pistol grip buttstock. Black rubber recoil pad integral w/ stock. Protected post front sight along w/ rear peep sight adj. in elevation from 200 to 600 yards. Upper receiver left side stamped “CAL 7.62 mm (.308)”. Right side receiver markings include: “FAL / RECEIVER MADE BY IMBEL, ITAJUBA - BRAZIL / CAI GEORGIA, VT”. S# also resides on right side. Inside of mag-well stamped “2003”. Folding carry handle w/ black grip. Original folding bipod. Adjustable gas system. Sling swivels front & rear. Utilizes Metric pattern mags. MAGS: 3 Steel 20 rd. metric pattern. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Leather mag pouch, spare metal handguard, rubber recoil pad, black plastic pistol grip, 5.5" flash hider & gas piston. CONDITION: Finish on exposed metal surfaces enjoys complete and consistent coverage w/ some light handling marks & thinning in areas of mechanical intervention.
