The arched door flanked by freestanding colonettes above the waist door with molded area flanked by reeded quarter columns above the box base with raised molded panel on ogee bracket feet. The eight-day brass movement driven by two weights striking on a bell. The dial with moon phase in the area above the Arabic numeral chapter ring centering a subsidiary seconds dial over two winding apertures above the calendar aperture above the maker's name of Wm. Lock / Bath. SIZE: 91" h x 12" throat x 15 1/2" w x 11" d. CONDITION: movement clean and intact. Dial original and stamped on back of faceplate "8oH". Stable craquelure on dial.
