RELOADING TOOLS AND VINTAGE AND MODERN BULLET MOLD TOOLS. No.1: Bench mounted roll crimp tool with plunger type shell release. 12 gauge tool is painted a dull red and black. Handle is marked on top "12 / serial number / J.D??". Tool has wear and staining with light oxidation and flaking paint, but appears serviceable. / No.2: Bench mounted roll crimping tool. 12 gauge. Tool is marked only with "12" on handle. Black finished tool with moderate wear and flaking appears serviceable. / No.3: Shell trimming tool. Brass tubular body with spring mounted steel handle and cutter. Handle is marked on top "12 DIXON & SONS 1114". / No.4: Three cast iron plier type priming tools. 12 gauge. One tool has flat return spring. Tools have wear turning patina. / No.5: Vintage shop-made priming and de-priming set. The wooden handles of the priming tool are made of a plain hardwood. The de-priming tool is a dowal plunger and wooden base. Tools appear in worn, stained, but serviceable condition. / No.6: 12 gauge hand-roll crimping tool. Crimping head is mounted on a threaded rod with "T" handle. Tool is marked only "12" and is in worn, but serviceable condition. / No.7: Wooden handle adjustable powder and shot dipper marked in ounces and drams. Tool is additionally marked "D.H.CO. TORRINGTON CONN.". / No.8: Adjustable brass powder and shot dipper graduated in drams and ounces. Bottom is marked "JAMES DIXON & SONS 1107". / No.9: Adjustable powder dipper nickel plated with wooden handle. Graduated in drams. Marked on side "BRIDGEPORT / G.I.CO NO 25". / No.10: Steel wad-cutter fabricated from gun barrel. Appears to be for 12 gauge wads. Cutter has crack and shows upsetting from hard usage turning patina. / No.11: Group of three wad-seaters with wooden plungers. Two have nickel plated tubes, one is brass. All three are 12 gauge. All appear worn, but serviceable. / No.12: Heavy steel double ended wad-seater. Plunger is not present. The unmarked seater is made for 12 gauge at one end and 16 gauge at the other. Finished in the white, turning gray and patina. / No.13: Finger ring shell extractor. Nickel plated, marked "12". The group also contains a number of inert fired shot shells which were used to demonstrate function of tools. / BULLET MOLDS: No.1: Colt 44 caliber Dragoon mold. Steel mold is marked on top "COLT'S / PATENT". The right side is marked "44 R / S". Opposite side of mold is stamped "G.W TILTON". Mold casts a round ball and conical bullet. Mold shows traces of blue turning patina with light oxidation and wear. / No.2: Steel bullet mold. Mold marked on right side "50 70 / DIXIE GUNWORKS". Red painted handles. Mold appears in good serviceable condition. / No.3: Lee "575-500M" minie ball with hollow base attachment nose pour. Handles are permanently attached. CONDITION: moulds appear, unless otherwise stated, to be in good serviceable condition. (02-26444/RW). NON-GUN. $350-500.
