GROUPING. This grouping was assembled by Timothy Webster Browne. Browne was a participant in JFK's Inaugural Parade. He was a member of Brunswick's Junior High School Band. The grouping includes a rare Inaugural flag that measures 63"x33" and includes a sticky note from Browne that state "This flag, called the Inaugural Flag, I believe, was stolen by me off a pole at Kennedy's Inaugural in 1961 where Brunswick Jr. High marched representing Maine." It also includes a 11"x14" photo for the band marching in front of JFK, a copy of the Portland Press Herald covering JFK's assassination, numerous magazines covering the memorial and assassination, 3 JFK inaugural medals, and an illustrated JFK Inaugural Parade manual dated January 20 1961. This was a rare 4 page manual that was given to parade participants only. CONDITION: overall very good with some light foxing on the ephemera, flag is very good. (02-26379/ZAL). NON-GUN. $300-500.
