Cal. 16 Ga., 2 1/2"/9.3 x 72R. .358 groove diameter. S# 132290. The 26" barrels are fitted with full length matted rib with flip up rear and silver bead front sights. Maker's name and address is on the top of each barrel. Barrel flats are stamped with Imperial German "B" & "U" proofs and caveman logos. S# is on bottom barrel. Coin finished top lever sidelock action features non-automatic safety, dolls head extension, raised rib tumbler end cocking indicators, bushed shotgun strikers and double triggers (none are set). Rifle barrel with cocking lever on left side is fired by rear trigger. Action is engraved with sprays of scroll within line and small scroll borders. Maker's name is on each lockplate. S# is on blued trigger guard tang. Round knob pistol grip buttstock of lightly figured and marbled European walnut measures 14" over black Decelerator pad. Stock features right hand cheekpiece, point pattern checkering and sling loops. Matching splinter forend has Deeley release. MEASUREMENTS: BBLS: Bore Diameter: L .673. R .664. Barrels retaining nearly all rust re-blue. Engraving softened, action cleaned to coin finish over some light pitting. Stocks with oil refinish; sharp edges rounded with some fairly deep marks along toeline, minor scratches elsewhere. Shotgun bores are shiny with some scattered light pitting. Rifle bore is good to fine, strong sharp rifling, light pitting toward breech end. After shooting rifle barrel, left shotgun barrel will not fire until rifle cocking lever is partially depressed.
