Cal. About 73. NSN. Bbl. 42". Brass blade front sight, KOTLAND marked lock, no visible markings on Bbl. Brass tipped near full length one piece walnut stock w/ brass furniture to include buttplate, trigger guard, two sideplates, stock cap & 3 pipes that secure a tulip shaped ramrod. Appears to remain in original flint configuration & circa 1780 to 1810; possibly American. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Unmarked socket bayonet w/ 14 1/2" blade & stress crack on mortise. CONDITION: Metal is primarily a gun metal gray patina w/ light pitting & some spots of rust. Lock has some trace of an older reblue. Muzzle of Bbl. shows light damage. Stock has numerous dings & dents w/ age cracks at the butt. Bore is dusty & shows light rust.
