ADDED EXTRA BARREL SET. Cal. 12 GA, 2 5/8". S# RE79382. Bbl. 32" with fixed Full and Full chokes. Ivory front and mid beads. Right bbl. is marked "L.C. EAGLE GRADE". Concave rib has a gold band 2" forward of the breech. Case colored sidelock action has eagle grade engraving featuring a flying duck on the right lockplate with a flying pheasant on the left. Birds are surrounded by punch dot backgrounds with vine type foliate scroll bordering the lockplates, receiver, floorplate, trigger guard, and breech ends of bbls. Top and forward portion of receiver has additional punch dot engraving. Top lever is highlighted by a raised eagle. Hunter One single selective trigger. Selective ejectors. Non-automatic safety. Original ebony tipped checkered walnut splinter forearm. Replacement pistol grip walnut stock with coarse borderless hand checkering. LOP: 14 1/8" over a Decelerator pad. Bore Diameter: RT: .725, LT: .724. Choke Constriction: RT: .040 (Full), LT: .040 (Full). Weight: 8lbs. 0.4oz. Only 562 Eagle Grade shotguns in all gauges were mfg. 1912-1939. Ejector bbls. have a matching number case colored forearm iron. Splinter hand checkered walnut forearm is a replacement. Top lever sits nicely right of center with extra bbls. in place. CONDITION: original bbls. retain over 80% lightly worn reblued finish showing spots of carry wear. Action retains small amounts of case colors in protected areas. Water table of action and both sets of bbls. have added owner identification markings. Trigger plate screw is an inappropriate replacement. Original forearm shows heavy finish and checkering wear with dents and marks having chips around the iron. Stock has hairline cracks extending from the lockplates with screw type repairs inserted on either side of the trigger plate. Action is tight with top lever sitting at center. Trigger and ejectors function properly. Good bright bores. Extra set of Field Grade bbls. retain over 80% lightly worn original blue with good bright bores.
