SINGLE TRIGGER. Cal. 12 Ga., 2 3/4". S# 220500E. The 30" barrels with slightly raised narrow matted rib have correct L.C. Smith markings on tops. Barrel flats are stamped with S#, grade and Hunter proofs. Case hardened action with non automatic safety and Hunter single selective one trigger is engraved in usual Specialty style with game birds on lockplates surrounded by large scroll and more scroll on action. "L.C. Smith" is on each lockplate. S# is on trigger guard tang. Stump figured American walnut capped pistol grip buttstock measures 14 1/4" over black Pachmayer pad. Point pattern checkering wraps over grip. Matching splinter ejector forend with inlet ebony tip has "J" spring release with secondary latch in engraved oval escutcheon. MEASUREMENTS: BBLS: Bore Diameter: L .728. R .727. Restriction: L .042 (Extra full). R .021 (Mod). Wall thickness: L .029. R .034. STOCK: DAH: 3". DAC: 1 5/8+". CAST: neutral. LOP: 14 1/4". WEIGHT: 7 lb. 6 oz. CONDITION: very good to fine. Barrels retaining over 80% old reblue with some scattered freckling. Action and lockplates retain about 40% original color, the balance a bright silver to gray. What appear to be replacement stocks retain nearly all of their original oil finish.
