22" overall, 17.5" sculpted bolo style blade, tapered iron guard, two large iron ferrules, fitted wood grip. This is not a Confederate made knife, but probably 19th century. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: letter of authenticity from "Museum of Our Southern Heritage" 2005, stating this was Confederate D-Guard along with the lead filled Company letter "A" and Maynard casing belonging to John McClure of 6th Battalion Georgia Cavalry.
