REVOLVER. Cal. 45 ACP. S# 90469. Polished blued revolver with the matching-numbered 6" barrel marked on the bottom "UNITED STATES PROPERTY". Half-moon front sight. Matching-numbered 6-shot fluted cyl. has eagle S24 proof; half-moon clips allow use of 45 ACP cartridges. Frame marked with flaming bomb ordnance proof, eagle S6 proof near trigger guard bow, and eagle S3 proof near yoke. Smooth walnut grips. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: repro. US leather holster w/ thong. CONDITION: good to very good original blue finish with muzzle wear, scattered light marks, and an area of pinprick oxidation on the left side frame. Cylinder shows a turn line, edge wear, & spots of peppery oxidation. Back strap has some loss of finish to gray patina. Very good grips, with some chips around the butt. Near excellent bore.
