Lot consists of: 1) Brown leather P.08 Luger pistol holster mfg. by Hans Romer in 1936. Rear of holster is marked "HANS ROMER/ NEU-ULM/ 1936" between the belt loops, with a partially legible apparent U.S.G.I. "WHITA/ 8490/ CO.317/ 4. PLOT" marked towards the toe. Spare mag. and loading tool are absent. CONDITION: holster remains malleable, exhibiting general overall wear, with areas of age related cracking and crazing. Stitching remains tight and intact. 2) Brown leather P.38 pistol holster mfg. by Moritz Stecher Lederwerk in 1942. Rear of the holster is marked with Moritz' mfg. code "jwa", followed by an Eagle/WaA300 proof, the 2-digit year of mfg. "42", "P.38", and a small hand inscribed upside down "v.B". Spare mag. is absent. CONDITION: holster remains malleable, exhibiting general overall wear, with areas of light to mild age related cracking and crazing. Stitching on base of mag. pouch is absent.
