Lot consists of 2 Civil War era Col .31 caliber ammunition packs for the Model 1849 Pocket revolver, including: 1) x1 sealed 5-rd. .31 caliber ammunition pack consisting of a wood block in paper packaging. Label reads "5 Combustible Envelope/ CARTRIDGES,/ MADE OF HAZARD'S POWDER/ EXPRESSLY FOR/ COL. COLT'S PATENT/ REVOLVING/ POCKET PISTOL./ ADDRESS/ COLT'S CARTRIDGE WORKS/ HARTFORD, CONN/ U.S. AMERICA". CONDITION: exterior is good, showing a few small tears, with some losses to the paper wrapping present along the bottom right edge area of the label panel, as well as at the top right corner of the label panel. Packaging shows some age related discoloration and mild creasing, with a spot of darker discoloration present on the "COL." area of the label. 2) x1 sealed 6-rd. .31 caliber ammunition pack consisting of a wood block in paper packaging. Label reads "6 Combustible Envelope/ CARTRIDGES,/ MADE OF HAZARD'S POWDER/ EXPRESSLY FOR/ COL. COLT'S PATENT/ REVOLVING/ POCKET PISTOL./ ADDRESS/ COLT'S CARTRIDGE WORKS/ HARTFORD .
