1) CBC MODEL HL-41 COMBO SINGLE SHOT BREAK ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 30-30. S# C965540. Bbl. 26". Model HL-41 Combo single-shot break-action rifle mfg. in Brazil by CBC and imported by Firearms Import and Export Corp. Right side of the bbl. is marked with importer and mfg. information, with the cal. designation marked on the left. Sides of the receiver exhibit light foliate engraving, with the S# and model designation marked on the underside. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Plain wood pistol grip buttstock and forend, with black plastic trigger guard. Ramped blade front sight, with flip-up square notch rear sight. Matching numbers are present on the receiver and bbl. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some spots of light wear, with scattered superficial handling marks present overall. Bright bore, exhibiting some scattered spots of oxidation towards the muzzle while retaining well-defined rifling throughout. Wood furniture shows some scattered marks and minor impressions from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. (24-5951/MLW). 2) SAVAGE MODEL 170 SERIES B SLIDE ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 30-30. S# D403193. Bbl. 22". Model 170 Series B slide action rifle mfg. by Savage. Top of the bbl. exhibits markings stipulating the model and cal. designations, as well as Savage's mfg. information. Left side of the receiver is marked with the S#. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for the aluminum trigger guard and safety, which exhibit a black enamel type finish. Checkered wood Monte Carlo pistol grip buttstock with smooth wood pump. Ramped blade front sight, with flip-up U-notch rear sight. Receiver is mounted with a Bausch & Lomb Balvar 8B scope. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory finishes, exhibiting some small spots of light wear and thinning, as well as some light surface oxidation overall. Very bright bore, exhibiting a few spots of mild surface oxidation while retaining strong rifling throughout. Wood furniture shows some scattered marks and minor impressions from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. Scope retains a clear optic. (24-5952/MLW).
