1) GERMAN GEHA BOLT ACTION SHOTGUN. Cal. 16 GA. S# 6224 (underside of receiver). Bbl. 26 3/8". Geha bolt action shotgun produced by an unknown mfg. from a surplus Gewehr 98 during the interwar era. Left side of the bbl. is marked with German commercial proofs. Left side of the receiver is marked "GERMANY", with an electro-penciled "5005-3701" (repeated on trigger guard) marked on the right. Most small parts retain their original arsenal inspector proofs. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. 1-piece shortened Gewehr 98 stock features a "geha" medallion on either side of the butt, with traces of imperial proofing remaining on the toeline. Aluminum bead front sight with integrally grooved rear sight on receiver ring. All serialized parts are matching and include the receiver, shell stop, trigger assembly, bolt handle, bolt shroud, bbl., as well as the buttstock (bbl. channel). CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some areas of wear fading to gray and brown patinas, with scattered spots of light to mild surface oxidation overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting an apparent shallow ring bulge approx. 1 1/2" from the muzzle. Proper manual mechanics. Stock shows scattered marks and impressions from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sound. (25-5799/MLW). CURIO. 2) KESSLER MODEL 128FR CUTAWAY BOLT ACTION SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 GA, 2 3/4". NSN. Bbl. 27 1/2". Model 128FR cutaway bolt action shotgun mfg. by Kessler Arms Corp. Top of the receiver / bbl. retains approx. half of its original factory markings, with the upper portion having been removed during the cutaway process. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for on the bolt assembly, which is polished in-the-white. 1-piece plain wood stock (with Kessler black rubber recoil pad), with large section of material removed on right side for viewing. Right side of receiver / bbl. and mag. housing feature cutaway sections showing internal function and mechanics. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting small scattered spots of light surface oxidation, with a patch exhibiting mild pitting, striations, and some wear fading to gray from prior cleaning. Proper manual mechanics. Stock shows scattered marks and minor impressions from handling and storage, with some wear to the finish on the buttstock. Recoil pad has hardened. (25-5895/MLW). MODERN. 3) STEVENS MODEL 124C STRAIGHT PULL BOLT ACTION SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 GA, 2 3/4". NSN. Bbl. 28". Model 124C straight pull bolt action shotgun mfg. by Stevens circa. 1947-1952. Bbl. exhibits standard factory markings denoting Stevens' mfg. information, as well as the model and cal. designations. Receiver and bbl. exhibit a blue finish overall, with the bolt assembly being polished in-the-white. Alloy trigger guard housing exhibits a black enamel type finish. Checkered mottled brown synthetic forearm and pistol grip buttstock. Aluminum bead front sight. CONDITION: metal components retain large amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some areas of wear and thinning fading to gray patina, scattered spots of light to mild surface oxidation, as well as some superficial scratches overall. Bbl. shows a few dings at the edge of the muzzle. Trigger guard housing exhibits flaking showing through to gray patina. Very bright bore, exhibiting some light surface oxidation.
