& WADSWORTH REVOLVERS. 1) G.C.D. BRITISH BULLDOG PATTERN DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER. Cal. 32 CF. S# 1781. Bbl. 1 3/4". Double action revolver marked "G.C.D." on the left side of the frame, with a Crown/R proof and the S# on the right. Rear face of Cylinder exhibits Belgian proofs. Metal components exhibit a reapplied nickel finish. Frame is mounted with 2 piece checkered wood grips. CONDITION: metal components retain bountiful amounts of their reapplied nickel finish, exhibiting scattered handling marks and a few spots of light flaking. Dark pitted bore, exhibiting poor rifling throughout. Grips exhibit some scattered handling marks, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. (23-5384) CURIO 2) HOPKINS & ALLEN FOLDING HAMMER DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER. Cal. 38 S&W. S# 14458. Bbl. 3 1/4". Folding hammer top break revolver mfg. by Hopkins & Allen. Top of bbl. rib is marked with Hopkins & Allen's mfg. information. Metal components exhibit a nickel plated finish. Frame is mounted with 2 piece smooth pearl grips. Blade front sight with V-notch rear sight. CONDITION: metal components retain large amounts of their original nickel plated finish, spots and areas of flaking overall that show through to dark oxidation. Very bright bore, exhibiting some scattered spots of mild pitting and oxidation, and retaining strong rifling throughout. Grips exhibit cracks, chips, and losses overall, with the right panel exhibiting a notable loss at the top of the panel. (23-5385). CURIO 3) FOREHAND & WADSWORTH SWAMP ANGEL SINGLE ACTION REVOLVER. Cal. 41 RF. S# 9207. Bbl. 1 5/8". Swamp Angel single action revolver mfg. by Forehand & Wadsworth. The left side of the octagonal bbl. is marked with Forehand & Wadsworth's mfg. information, with the S# marked on the underside. Metal components exhibit a blued finish. Frame is mounted with 2 piece smooth wood birds head grips. German silver blade front sight with V-notch rear sight. Matching numbers are present on the frame, bbl., cyl., and are also matching via the last 3 digits on the interior of the grip panels. CONDITION: metal components retain traces of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting wear and thinning that shows through to gray patina, as well as mild pitting overall. Dark pitted bore, exhibiting good rifling throughout. Action does not function when cycled by hand. Grips show scattered marks from handling and storage and wear to their varnish finish, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. (01-24657/MLW). ANTIQUE . $400-600.
