WITH MALCOLM SCOPE. Cal. 32-40. S# 16914. Bbl. 24" octagon. Combination front sight with flat top sporting rear sight. 31" tube low power Malcolm scope with standard crosshairs positioned on left side with barrel & receiver mounts. Full length mag. Case colored small frame action with double set triggers. Nickel finished forearm cap & crescent steel buttplate. Forearm & S curve pistol grip stock have factory style "A" checkering. Shipped Sept, 5 1887. Weight: 8 lbs 8.2 oz. CONDITION: bbl. retains 70% lightly faded blue showing freckling & edge wear. Mag. tube is fading to brown. Action, hammer & lever retain small amounts of lightly visible case colors fading to patina. Forearm cap retains 70% nickel. Buttplate retains 30% thinning nickel finish. Function set triggers. Top of tang has 2 open holes for sight attachment. Wood has worn age darkened appearance with thinning. Checkering showing numerous dents & handling marks. Forearm has 2 cracks extending from right side of action. Bore has slightly darkened appearance retaining strong rifling. Optics appear only slightly cloudy.
