Cal. 6.5 Jap. S# 43371. Bbl. 19". Blade front sight with protective ears. Ladder rear sight graduated to 2000m. Matching numbers on receiver, bayonet lug, bolt handle, safety, firing pin & floorplate. Receiver ring has ground mum & Type 38 markings. Left side of receiver has Nagoya & 5th series markings. Blued finish. Asian hardwood stock set with two piece butt & left side sling swivels. Underside of butt has strong Kanji markings. Cleaning rod present. CONDITION: stock set shows a chip at left front of forend, some improper rear band removal wear on forend, scattered dings, scratches & handling marks. Metal retains 92% original blue with some light scratches on band keeper, scattered light oxidation, handling & light edge wear. Action functions properly when hand cycled.
