Bbl. flats stamped w/ pre WWI German nitro proofs for 16 Ga. & 9.3x72R rifle & maker’s monogram “EKR”. Case hardened dbl. arch backed blitz action w/ rifle selector on top tang, features side safety, pin cocking indicators, cross bolt 3rd fastener, side clips & dbl. triggers (front set). Action engraved w/ well cut scroll w/ in sm. scroll & line borders which surrounds nicely detailed game scenes on sides; pointing pointer & setter on left, stag on right. Trigger guard is horn. Nicely marbled & figured stump European walnut capped pistol grip buttstock measures 13 1/4" over white line pad. Stock features right hand cheekpiece, checkered grip, sling loops have been removed from stock & bbl. Matching splinter forend has Deeley release. MEASUREMENTS: bore diameter: left .672, right .672. Bore Restrictions: left .035 Full, right .035 Full. Wall Thickness: left .030, right .029. DAC: 1 3/4". DAH: 3 1/4". WEIGHT: 7 lbs. 6 oz. CONDITION: good. Bbls. w/ most of an old reblack.
