REVOLVERS.
1) COLT MAGNUM CARRY DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER. Cal. 357 Mag. S# SY1139. Bbl. 2 1/8". Magnum Carry double action revolver mfg. by Colt in 1998. Left side of the bbl. is marked with the model and cal. designations, with Colt's 2-line address marked on the right. Left side of the frame is marked with the Rampant Colt logo. Metal components exhibit a stainless steel finish overall. Frame is mounted with a 1-piece checkered laminated wood grip. Standard fixed blade front sight and square frame notched rear sight. Matching numbers are present on the frame and cyl. crane. Sides of the frame (at hammer) and the top of the rear grip strap exhibit drilled and threaded holes. CONDITION: very good, with some scattered superficial handling marks present overall. Mirror bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics. Grip shows some light wear, as well as some minor separation on the upper section of the front grip strap but otherwise remains sound. (25-4661/MLW). MODERN.
2) COLT COBRA DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER. Cal. 38 Spcl. S# F70232. Bbl. 2 1/8". Cobra double action revolver mfg. by Colt in 1974. Left side of the bbl. is marked with the model and cal. designations, with Colt's 2-line address marked on the right. Left side of the frame is marked with the Rampant Colt logo. Alloy frame exhibits a black enamel type finish, with steel parts exhibiting a blue finish. Sides of hammer are polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece stag grips, with the front grip strap featuring a black aluminum grip extension. Standard fixed blade front sight and square frame notched rear sight. Matching numbers are present on the frame and cyl. crane. CONDITION: metal components retain the vast majority of their original factory finishes, exhibiting some scattered spots of mild oxidation on steel parts. Sides of hammer exhibit some scattered spots of age related discoloration. Mirror bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics, although the cyl. latch must be retracted for the cyl. to lock into place. Grips are very good overall. (25-4684/MLW). CURIO. $650-1,000.
