Cal. 14 bore (approx. 70 cal). 10” Overall, 3 1/4'' silver inlaid & engraved 2 stage cannon bbl. w/ indiscernible makers cartouche. Stepped brass butt cap engraved en suite to other brass mountings. European walnut stock w/ relief moulding rear of tang, pewter engraved thumb plate, 4” belt hooks. A rare pair of miquelets in matching original unrestored condition. CONDITION: good overall, metal is heavily worn, engraving still discernible, stocks sound, one ramrod is replacement w/out brass tip, one trigger guard tail cracked at tail, mechanically sound & clean smooth bores.
