BRASS PLATES BY ITALIAN MASTER ENGRAVER REVERA VASCO AND A SMALL BRASS MEDALLION BY THE NOTED C. TOMASONI. The duo of bronze plates in walnut frames, one 13 1/4" x 11 depicting a group of mallards taking wing from a marsh and the other 14 x 10 7/8" in larger but matching walnut frame depicting a pointer and setter, setter pointing and pointer honoring a group of departing quail from hillside. Both are signed "REVERA VASCO" and "INCISORE" (born 1939, lived in Brescia). 2" Round brass medallion in small gold frame under glass with large deeply molded gold outer frame. Medallion depicts a rising pheasant and is signed "C. Tomasoni 81" at lower left (the celebrated Claudio, who passed away in 2018). Rear backing is handwritten "Fagiano" "Incisione" "Esequita a Bulino" "Pezzo Unico" and with Tomasoni's signature and date. CONDITION: very fine, frames show some markings and rubs.
