Cal. 12 Ga., 2 3/4". S# 103287. Bbls. 30" Damascus, have Parker name, address & "DAMASCUS STEEL" on concave matted rib. All correct markings are on bbl. flats including frame size "2" on rear lump. Typical Parker boxlock type action features automatic safety & dbl. triggers & is engraved in normal "G" style w/ sprays of scroll within geometric borders surrounding game scenes w/ a pair of ducks on left, quail on right & 2 pheasant(?) on trigger plate. Serial number is on trigger guard tang. Straight grip buttstock of plain American walnut measures 14 3/8" over Parker dog's head buttplate w/ spur. Point pattern checkering is at grip & a German silver shield is on toeline. Matching splinter forend has Parker release stamped w/ patent date. MEASUREMENTS: BBLS: Bore Diameter: R .729", L .730". Restriction: R .034" (FULL), L .036" (FULL). Min. Wall Thickness: R .035", L .034". STOCK: DAH: 2 1/2". DAC: 1 5/8". LOP: 14 3/8". CAST: neutral. WEIGHT: 7 lb. 14 oz. CONDITION: fair to good. Bbls. retaining most of an old reblack which mostly hides damascus pattern. This black has worn through & is polished bright from hand wear on side of left bbl. Action is essentially gray w/ some spotting. Stocks retain about 10% finish w/ a lg. number of knocks & dents. Checkering considerable worn. Bores are fair to good w/ light pitting toward breech ends & 2-3 minor sm. dents. Action is tight. Mechanically good. (22-3033/MGM). CURIO. $800-1,400.
