Cal. 28 GA. S# 180705. Bbl. 28" of Parker Special Steel. Bbl. weight is 2lbs. 9oz. Brass front bead. Double 0 "00" frame case colored boxlock action. G grade engraving features vignettes with partridge on right side, flying ducks on left, with pheasants on the floorplate. Balance of action has 25% coverage of vine type engraving with ornate borders. Complimentary engraving extends to floorplate and trigger guard. Features include selective ejectors, double triggers, and automatic safety. Steel tipped splinter forearm and straight hand stock of nicely grained walnut with point pattern hand checkering. Toe line of stock has a German silver shield. LOP: 14 1/2" to a dogs head buttplate buttplate. DAC: 1 1/2". DAH: 2 9/16". Stock has approximately 1/4" cast off for a right handed shooter. Bore Diameter: RT: .555, LT: .557. Choke Constriction: RT: Cyl. bore, LT: .010. Minimum Wall Thickness: RT: .027, LT: .025. Weight: 5lbs. 10.8oz. S#. indicated 1919 mfg. CONDITION: very good. Bbls retain nearly all properly rust reblued finish. Trigger guard is reblued. Action shows 70% nicely visible case colors showing carry & edge wear. Edge of frame & forend iron have a small amount of stock finish overspray. Stock and forearm are lightly sanded and refinished. Checkering shows light wear.
