Cal. 12 Ga. 2 5/8". S# 191387. The 30" bbls. are marked with Parker's CT address and "PARKER SPEC. STEEL" on concave matted rib set with two white beads. Correct markings are on bbl. flats. Rear lump is not stamped for frame size but is stamped "12". Coin finished Parker action features nonautomatic safety and double triggers. Action is engraved in usual "G" style with sprays of scroll, geometric borders and birds in oval scenes on sides. Pheasant on left and grouse on right. Both under "PARKER BROS." Blued trigger plate is engraved with a circular scene of a pair of ducks rising from a marsh. Serial number is on trigger guard tang. Somewhat stump figured, Parker capped pistol grip buttstock measures 14 3/8" over black "white line" pad over 3/4" hard rubber extension. Point pattern checkering is at grip and German silver shield is on toe line. Newer long beavertail ejector forend has reinforcing bolt into iron but iron does not have correct swell at tip. MEASUREMENTS: BBLS.: Bore Diameter: R: .735", L: .735". Restrictions: R: .042" (EXTRA FULL), L: .042" (EXTRA FULL). Minimum Wall Thickness: R: .029", L: .031". STOCK: DAH: 2 1/2". DAC: 1 5/8". CAST: neutral. LOP: 14 3/8". WEIGHT: 8 lbs. 5 oz. CONDITION: good as refinished. Bbls. are of a shiny reblack; action cleaned to silver gray. Top lever trigger plate and trigger guard reblued.
