GAME GUN. Cal. 12 Ga., 2 3/4". S# 17. Bbls. 28 3/4" Chopperlump, having deeply swamped matted game rib engraved w/ J. J. Sarasqueta name & address in unmatted portion. Pigeon logo is at rear. Bbl. flats are stamped w pre-1927 Spanish Nitro proofs for 12 ga. Bottoms of bbls. are stamped w/ Whitworth "sheaf of wheat" trademarks. Case hardened sidelock action features automatic safety ("SEGURO" inlaid in gold), hidden third fastener, vented strikers, dbl. triggers, arrow feather engraved tumbler end cocking indicators in bugeye pivots have dual arrow heads engraved on lockplate. Action is engraved w/ 80% coverage British style rose & scroll. Matching scroll is on trigger guard bow. Tang is engraved "Modelo 17". Rnd. knob pistol grip buttstock of swirly streaked European walnut measures 14 1/2" over open sided "Whiteline" pad. Point pattern checkering is at grip. Matching splinter ejector forend has Anson release. MEASUREMENTS: BBLS: Bore Diameter: R .729", L .729". Restriction: R .009" (IC), L .0 24" (MOD). Min. Wall Thickness: R .026", L .026".
