Cal. 284 Win. S# 72875. Bbl. 21 5/8". Model 100 semi-automatic rifle mfg. by Winchester in 1963. Left side of the bbl. is marked with the Winchester trademark logo, followed by the model and cal. designations, with the S# marked on the left side of the receiver. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for the bolt, which is polished in-the-white. Aluminum trigger guard exhibits a gray anodized finish. Checkered wood pistol grip buttstock has been lengthened via the addition of black spacers and a black rubber Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. Ramped and aluminum beaded blade front sight with flip-up U-notch rear sight. Receiver has been mounted with a Weaver CK4 Micro-Trac 4x38 scope. Brown leather sling. MAGS: one 3-rd. CONDITION: very good to near excellent overall, with metal components retaining the vast majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some light to mild wear around the muzzle, as well as a few scattered superficial handling marks overall. Excellent bore, exhibiting what appears to be some hardened grease while retaining well-defined rifling throughout. Action functions appropriately when cycled by hand. Stock exhibits some minor marks and impressions from handling and Scope but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. Scope retains a clear optic. (24-3122/MLW). CURIO. $300-500.
