Cal. 284 Win. S# 144305A. Bbl. 22". Model 88 lever action rifle mfg. by Winchester in 1963. Standard factory markings overall. Metal components exhibit a blue finish, with the bolt being polished in-the-white. 1-piece checkered wood pistol grip stock with flat checkered black synthetic buttplate, appears to have been lightly sanded and refinished. Ramped, hooded, and aluminum beaded blade front sight with dovetailed flip-up U-notch rear sight. Receiver is mounted with a Redfield 1-piece scope base, fitted with a Leupold VX-1 3-9x40mm scope. MAGS: 1 3-rd. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting areas of light to mild wear and thinning, with small scattered spots of finish loss. Bright bore, exhibiting a few scattered spots of what appears to either be grease or light pitting, while retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics.
