Cal. 22 LR. S# 94198. Bbl. 4 1/2". Woodsman semi-automatic pistol mfg. by Colt in 1935. The left side of the bbl. is marked with Colt's mfg. and patent information, with "THE WOODSMAN" marked on the left side of the frame. Left side of the slide is marked "COLT", followed by "AUTOMATIC/ CAL. .22 LONG RIFLE", and the Rampant Colt logo. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered wood grips. Fixed serrated blade front sight, with adj. square notch rear sight. MAGS: 1 10-rd. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some areas of wear and thinning that show through to gray patina, scattered superficial handling marks, and scattered spots of light surface oxidation. Left side of the slide exhibits a small spot of cleaned light pitting. Right side of the bbl. exhibits an area of moderate surface oxidation, with mild oxidation present towards the muzzle. Mirror bore, retaining strong rifling throughout. Grips show some smoothing, as well as some superficial marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable.
