Meade-on leave; Major John R. Lewellyn-detached recruiting service; Surgeon Thomas J Vance-present "left with wounded in hands of the enemy at Gettysburg"; Asst. Surgeon Samuel Dickinson-present; Adjutant William E. Cameron-present. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: some bio material on the officers mentioned on documentCONDITION: good overall, cracks at several folds.
