Walnut forend & straight grip stock. UNATTACHED ACCESORIES: Copy of Cody Firearms Museum letter dated December 07, 2020 & signed by Jessica A. Bennett. Letter states; "Serial number applied on July 16, 1894 / Caliber: 38 / Barrel type: Octagon / Trigger: Plain / Casehardened / Received in warehouse on September 06,1894 / Shipped from warehouse on September 06, 1894, Order number 20358." CONDITION. Bbl & mag tube retain 80% original blue w/ slight fading & edge wear. Receiver has over 75% case colors w/ a restored appearance showing wear in carry areas. Lever retains good color on sides, bottom has has faded to gray. Buttplate & forend cap have lightly faded case colors. Original wood finsh shows areas of wear w//scattered scratches & marks.
