SUPERPOSED PRESENTATION UPGRADE O/U SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 Ga. S# 22792S3. Bbl. 27 1/2’’ with hand matted 7mm vent rib. Original choke marking is 1 star and 2 indicating full and mod. Coin finished side plated action with single selective trigger and selective ejectors. Exquisite full coverage custom engraving signed by Raymond Dubois. Beautifully intertwined vine type foliate scroll has stippled backgrounds with wide foliate borders. Engraving extends to upper and lower reaches of the action as well as the forearm iron, breech sections of bbl., long tang trigger guard and pierced top lever. Schnabel tipped 3 piece forearm and swan neck stock of exhibition quality European walnut showing marvelous burl figure with rich orange and brown tones having vivid dark streaking. Stock features sculpted tear drop points and extensive fine hand engraving in wrist and forearm areas. LOP: 15 1/16’’ to wood butt with French style skip line hand checkering. DAC: 1 9/16’’. DAH: 2 5/16’’. Stock has approx. 1/4” cast on for left handed shooter. Bore diameter: U .729, O .729. Choke constriction: U .015, O .038. Minimum wall thickness: U .031, O .027. WEIGHT: 7 lbs, 6.4 ozs. S# indicates 1973 Belgian mfg. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Browning Airways luggage case with fleece lining and key. Inside of lid has added Browning arms company St. Louis, Missouri black and gold label. CONDITION: near excellent retaining over 99% wood and metal finish. Bbl. has light forearm slide marks.
