Cal. 50. S# ER1816-0215. Manufactured in 1995 in 150th year commemoration of Eliphalet Remington's 1st rifle made 1816 which began the Remington Arms company. Standard configuration, 39" octagonal barrel, buckhorn & blade sights, fine curly maple stock, polished brass furniture, 4-piece pierced patchbox, flat pointed lock, unsupported serpentine cock, double set triggers, brass tipped wood ramrod. CONDITION: extremely fine, retaining most original brown finish to iron, and bright burnished brass. Mechanics are crisp, bright shiny rifled bore.
