BOTH: Issued as a joint venture by Remington and Ruger to celebrate Canada's 100th anniversary; same matching number on each along with matching commemorative medallions in buttstocks. Receivers adorned with silver markings to include Maple leafs plus 1867 and 1967 dates. Special Sporter stock (called fingergroove model by collectors) configuration by Ruger that was only offered on 10/22's from1967 to 1971; checkered and plain. Checkered Ruger (all Remingtons were checkered) stock; approx. 600 checkered sets plus approx. 1,500 plain sets. MAGS: 2 TOTAL; Remington 4 rd. and Ruger 10 rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: original 2 piece cardboard presentation box with green cloth lining upon internal rifle dividers. One end of lid broken at corners.
