W/ "C.A." BRAND. Cal. 64. NSN. 14" Overall. Bbl. 8 1/2" rnd. w/ London commercial proof, brass mounted, lock marked “R / FARMER”. Large brand on left side of stock “C. A.” there is a “CA” brand mentioned in returned Revolutionary War arms but unknown as to meaning. (Guthman, US Army Weapons 1784-1791). UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: file w/ copy of book excerpt & handwritten notes. CONDITION: very good overall, lock marking only partially discernible, iron overall mottled dark gray w/ pitting, engraved brass mts. have light mustard patina.
