1) FACSIMILE ROBERT E LEE AUTOGRAPH LETTER TO LONGSTREET. Early copy of 1 page ALS, Lexington, Va Jan. 26, 1866 to Longstreet Owen & Co, New Orleans. Possibly made as advertisement for Longstreet company. On light weight manifold paper. Originally sold as original ALS. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: dealer's transcription and history as ALS. CONDITION: good overall, archival repaired cracks on folds on reverse. (02-25025-37/JS).2) ROBERT E LEE LARGE FORMAT PHOTO BY MICHAEL MILEY. Rare large format 5.5" x 4.25" oval albumin photo mounted on 10" x 8" M. Miley Lexington, Va" imprinted board.This rare large format image was taken in Lexington while Lee was president of Washington College, 1870. It is considered Lee's last photograph and this mount appears to be memorial. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Alexander Autograph typed description. CONDITION: image is fine, mounting board with 2 cracks, water stain top edge, white polished surface scuffed off on lower right corner. PROVENANCE: Alexander Autographs. (02-25025-82/JS).
