A very attractively framed group of ephemera and a pair of binoculars related to Franklin Roosevelt's "Eyes for the Navy" program of WWI. Henschel Thanking her for sending in a fine pair of binoculars for $1 from the government. Also included is a fine photo of FDR as Asst SECNAV and Binoculars of the period that are engraved " U. S. Navy 7151 ". CONDITION: all items show very light wear. (02-26307/BF). NON-GUN. $500-800.
