REVOLVER. Cal. 38 Spl. S# 147826. Bbl. 6 1/2" pinned having company markings on top plus caliber on left side. Integral sight base with beaded blade; frame contoured adjustable rear sight. Mfg. 1909-1915 (94,803 units; #146900-241703) with square butt 5 screw K frame. Matching numbers on barrel, frame, cylinder and extractor; "BDS" marked checkered walnut service style grips with diamond centers (recessed brass medallions). Case colored finely checkered faced trigger and hammer spur. Fine appearing grip adapter; screw installed behind trigger guard. CONDITION: good with light marks throughout to include function wear, thinning on barrel plus high edges, some light scratches and cylinder turn line. Good case colors with thinning and function wear. Notable freckling on sideplate and patina in grip area; especially backstrap. Near excellent bore. Generally good grips with marks at butt and hand wear. Small impact mark on top of rear sight blade near notch. Fine mechanical functioning with near excellent timing.
