SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL. Cal. 5.56mm. S# SAP101200. Bbl. 10". 1 of only approximately 700 "Tasmanian Devil" SAP pistols mfg. by Australian Automatic Arms that were imported into the United States prior to the U.S. assault weapons importation ban. The right side of the receiver is marked with Australian Automatic Arms' mfg. information, as well as with the cal. designation and S#, with California Armory's importer information marked on the left. Metal components exhibit a black enamel type finish overall. Upper assembly appears to have been refinished at one time. Checkered black polymer pistol grip, with textured 2-piece handguards. Post front sight with adj. aperture rear sight. Mag. is not present. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: generic soft case. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory finish, exhibiting some scattered handling marks, as well as some very light wear on edges. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Polymer furniture shows some marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable.
