Cal. 20 Ga., 2 9/16". S# 5050. A scarce example of the only semi automatic, 3 shot, shotgun produced by CZ of the Uhersky factory. Developed before World War II as a competitor to the Belgian FN Auto 5 shotgun. After World War II, CZ started producing the finished design around 1946; this shotgun has 1947 Czech proofs. Production was halted in 1949 as the factory stopped producing the shotgun & moved towards producing Vz 48 SMG's. Bbl. 24.5" w/ blade front sight. Bore choke appears to measure Cyl. Alloy long recoil action w/ walnut side panels, sliding button release, & sliding loading gate on bottom. Checkered walnut stock set. Finger grooves on forearm. Semi pistol grip buttstock has added toeline sling stud. LOP: 14 7/8" to added Pachmayr White Line pad. Mag. cap has added swivel. CONDITION: metal has reblued finish showing marks. Sanded & refinished wood shows dings & marks. Shiny bore shows fouling streaks. (25-4451/MD). CURIO. $300-500.
