Cal. 45 ACP. S# 1321. Bbl. 18 1/4". Adjustable aperture rear sight. Blade front sight. These scarce rifles which are derived from the Model 50 Reising submachine gun are semi-auto only & have a longer bbl. exempting them from the National Firearms Act. These rifles are not known to have been used in combat, but were used to arm police & security personnel. The receiver is marked on top w/ white enhancement "MODEL 60-H&R REISING-CAL.45. / HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON ARMS CO. / WORCESTER MASS U.S.A. PAT. PENDING". Bbl. is marked on top "PM". Sliding safety. Fires from closed bolt. Cocking handle in forend. Utilizes Reising submachine gun magazines. Walnut stock w/ military style swivels. MAGS: 1 20 rd detachable Parkerized. Markings include "MODEL 50-CAL.45 MAGAZINE / H&R-REISING". Also included is 1 unmarked 30 rd detachable Parkerized magazine for Thompson submachine gun. CONDITION: stock has nice appearance, but has been lightly sanded & refinished, yet showing little to no loss of wood in inletted areas. Metal retains a large degree of its arsenal rework Parkerization. Bore has frosting & fine pitting throughout. (25-2167/RW). CURIO. $800-1,200.
