CARBINE. Cal. 22 Mag. S# 290-00091. Bbl. 18 1/2" with banded brass bead front sight plus folding leaf rear. Mfg. 1998 (1998-2006) per Ruger reference and shipped 1999 per Ruger website as RBM Model 02901. Matte steel receiver with integral bases machined for Ruger scope rings. Earlier variation of bolt having 1 extractor. Just over 45,000 produced having uncheckered stained birch stocks. Number 91 was subscription number for Henry Rodeschin (long time Ruger employee). Henry and his brother William (also a long time employee) operated Rody's Gun Shop that was less than a 1/4 mile from the Newport factory. Rody's handled incoming firearms for the Ruger service department and they had a strong connection with the factory. Scarce model with 2 digit number! MAGS: 1 factory 9 rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: original Ruger 50th Anniversary box with factory scope rings and 11/98 dated manual having extra Magnum page. CONDITION: all aspects near excellent; appears new and unfired.
