Period brass winding key is present. Consignor states that the action has been recently serviced. CONDITION: clock body is very good to excellent, exhibiting some areas of darker raised varnish along the edges of the face assembly. Brass pane housing retains a pleasing dark brown patina, with small scattered spots of verdigris present overall. Clock face retains strong coloring, retaining an off white background. Face appears to have been cleaned at one time, exhibiting light to mild striations overall. Tin face housing is very good, exhibiting scattered spots of dark, but minor surface oxidation overall. Instruction label on interior of clock shows some losses along the edges, some areas of staining, as well as a screw hole, but otherwise remains mostly legible.
