12.5" overall, 7.5" heavy well cutlered spear point blade, 1.75" lozenge shaped heavy iron cross guard brass ferrule, tapered wood handle, leather sheath with brass throat & tip. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: letter of authenticity from "Museum of Our Southern Heritage" 2005, stating knife is product of Heinz of Columbia, SC, handle is reminiscent of the only Heinz marked knife pictured in Albaugh. CONDITION: very good overall, blade cleaned, old sharpening, brass on sheath & ferrule have matching patinas, frog button still attached to throat, wood handle has hand worn patina and age crack.
